Reserved/Pre-paid Parking

The Amway Center is pleased to offer guests reserved/pre-paid parking in the GEICO Garage (25 W. South Street) and Church Street Garage (150 South Hughey Avenue), adjacent to the Amway Center. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE AMWAY CENTER AND PARKING

What are the hours of operation for GEICO Garage, Church Street Garage and HD Supply Garage during Magic home games?

  • GEICO Garage can be accessed three (3) hours prior to tip-off and two (2) hours following Magic home games. Both Church Street and HD Supply Garage can be accessed two (2) hours prior to tip-off and two (2) hours following Magic home games.

When do doors open for Magic games at Amway Center?

  • All doors open 90 minutes prior to tip-off, unless otherwise specified. 

What are the most convenient ways to navigate through Amway Center during Magic games?

  • Escalators and Stairs
    • To avoid extended wait times at the elevators, ticket holders with seats located on the Terrace or Promenade Levels are encouraged to utilize the escalators in the Disney Atrium.
    • The Amway Center has four (4) escalators conveniently located inside the main entrance/Disney Atrium that service from the Event Level to the Terrace Level and two (2) escalators that service from the Terrace Level to the Promenade Level.
    • When doors open for a game, all escalators will be running in the up position, escorting guests to the Terrace and Promenade Levels. At the start of the second quarter, one (1) of the escalators from the Promenade Level to the Terrace Level along with one (1) from the Terrace Level to the Event Level (Disney Atrium) will be running in the down position (located on the northeast side). With six (6) minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, all escalators will be running in the down position.
    • For your convenience, stairs are located at the following areas: Terrace Level: sections 103, 108, 112, 117; Promenade Level: sections 205, 213, 221 and 229. We encourage ticket holders to utilize these stairs to travel between the Terrace and Promenade Levels. In addition, we strongly recommend using these stairs as a quick and efficient way to exit the building following the game.
  • Elevators
    • For ticket holders who require assistance, there are six (6) elevators, located in the northeast, northwest and southwest corners of the building. In addition, there are two (2) elevators on the east side of the building providing service to Mezzanine and Terrace Levels and the 100 Level accessible seating, and two (2) elevators on the west side of the building providing service to the Event, Mezzanine and Terrace Levels and 100 Level accessible seating.

Re-Entry

  • There is no re-entry to the Amway Center. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies, must first make contact with a guest relations supervisor to make necessary arrangements. The Silestone Guest Assistance is located on the Terrace Level at section 111 and the Promenade Level at section 119.

What locations do all ticket buyers have access to in the Amway Center?

  • All Orlando Magic ticket buyers can access the following areas:
    • Fan Fest (outside on Church Street)
    • Magic Team Shop Presented by adidas (Event Level)
    • Budweiser Baseline Bar (Terrace Level)
    • Coors Light Mountain Bar (Terrace Level)
    • Gentleman Jack Terrace (Terrace Level)
    • Nutrilite Fan Experience (Terrace Level)
    • Orlando On Demand (Terrace Level)
    • Jernigan’s Restaurant (Club Level - reservations recommended)
    • O3 Beverage Bar (Promenade Level)
    • Stuff’s Magic Castle presented by Club Wyndham (Promenade Level)

How do I make a reservation at Jernigan’s Restaurant?

  • There are two seating times available on a game night for restaurant reservations; 90 minutes prior to tip-off and right at tip-off. Season ticket holders can also access the bar located in Jernigan’s Restaurant.
  • To gain access to Jernigan’s Restaurant once you are inside Amway Center, proceed to the elevators in the southwest corner of the building, show your confirmation e-mail and take the elevator to the Club Level and make a right turn after you get off of the elevator. If you forget to bring your confirmation e-mail or want to check availability at Jernigan’s during the game, please go to the premium lobby concierge desk located at the southwest corner of the building on the Terrace Level concourse. The concierge will check for availability.

Is smoking allowed in the Amway Center?

  • The Amway Center will be the first NBA facility to earn Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) new construction certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The Amway Center is a smoke-free venue. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the Amway Center, on outside patios or terraces, or within 25 feet of the Amway Center. If you are leaving the building to smoke, no re-entry is permitted, due to security reasons.

What is the alcohol service policy at Amway Center for Magic home games?

  • Alcohol service will discontinue at the end of the third quarter in the following areas:
    • Budweiser Baseline Bar (Terrace Level)
    • Coors Light Mountain Bar (Terrace Level)
    • Jernigan’s Restaurant (Club Level - reservations recommended)
    • O3 Beverage Bar (Promenade Level)
    • All concession stands
  • Alcohol service will discontinue one hour after the game ends in the following area, however guests cannot leave the designated area with alcohol after the end of the third quarter:
    • Gentleman Jack Terrace (Terrace Level)

Are strollers allowed in the Amway Center?

  • If necessary, guests may bring strollers to events at the Amway Center. Strollers must be collapsible and fit under your seat. You may not leave strollers in the walkways, gates, or concourses, and our staff will not be responsible for these items.

Are there safety guidelines at Stuff’s Magic Castle presented by Club Wyndham?

  • We value all children’s safety in Amway Center. The following safety guidelines apply for Stuff’s Magic Castle presented by Club Wyndham:
    • Adults are responsible for their children at all times; this area is unsupervised
    • The Amway Center is not responsible for lost items
    • Recommended for kids ages five to 12
    • The balls must remain in the area at all times
